Baby is the size of a large cabbage!
What's new for baby?
Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now and weighs almost 3 pounds (about the size of a large cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds her, but that volume will shrink as she gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. Her eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after she's born, she'll keep her eyes closed for a good part of the day. - babycenter.com
Total weight gain/measurements: 11.5 lbs in total... I think it's totally okay and I can say it is all 'baby weight'.
Maternity clothes: I own like 5 maternity pieces. The rest are pieces that belong to my regular wardrobe and still fit me. I am not going to buy any more maternity stuff... I only have 10 weeks left!
Sleep: It is okay. My back hurts and baby moves a lot but it's alright!
Best moment this week: Going to the movies with hubby. I just like spending time with him a lot.
Movement: Yes, she moves mostly between 9-11am and 6-9pm.
Food cravings: Ice chips, water, juicy fruits... and a burger here and there...
Symptoms: Backaches, tender ribs, endless trips to the loo, tiredness, colostrum leakage (yes the milkmaids have been practicing so I have to use breast pads)....
Belly button in or out? In. I do not think it will ever be out.
Wedding rings on or off? On, my fingers are still the same. Yay! :)
Happy or moody most of the time: Happy and excited and anxious: My life is about to change in only 10 weeks!!!
Looking forward to: Our baby shower! It's going to be this weekend and although some of my family members can not be here, this officially starts 'the countdown'...
Stretch marks? None -yet-! We'll see, I do not want to be extra positive. I added Honest Co. Organic Oil to my beauty routine. I use it after I shower in my belly, breasts, hips and tights.
Okay, so for the Baby Shower I am planning on wearing this dress I got at Macy's... It's not a maternity dress, it's simply stretchy and nice... I love the print! and maybe I will wear it after the baby comes.
We already picked a name for our baby. I try not to say it to many people because they can be very judgmental and to be honest, I am better without knowing their opinion... Ooops
In the end, it's our baby and we love the name, it has a special meaning for us...
